Making A Contract With Us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy a service or goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the service or goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the service or goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.


Our grave care and tending service prices are based on the grave headstone, or full memorial is of a standard size. All graves are subject to an inspection before any accurate quotations can be given. We promise to charge the price you see on our website at the time of your order, with no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay, unless a personal quotation has been given.

Payment Terms

All grave maintenance services must be paid for in full to Guardian Angels Touch, within ten days of invoice. If an account is set up with us, then one payment in advance will be taken before any work will be carried out.

All new memorials will require a 50% deposit with the cemetery permit fee, the remaining 50% will be required once the memorial is fitted.

PLEASE NOTE, all none payments will be passed to a debt collecting agency. This may result in you paying them more than my original invoice, due to their fees and charges.

Congestion Charge

If any work is carried out within the congestion charge zone, and a charge is required within your requested work period. We will invoice you for that charge, and supply a copy of the charge receipt.

At Present, Guardian Angels Touch accepts all major credit and debit cards through PayPal, personal cheques, standing orders, postal orders and cash. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to accept direct debt.

Your Details

No personal bank details are required by us to process your order. The only details we require is your full name, full address, contact number, email address if you have one and the grave details.

We will never pass information about you to other organisations, only grave details to our stonemasons if a quotation is required.

Cancellation Or Return

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 days before the day of delivery or the agreed work date. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Floral Delivery Policy

Our utmost respect and care will be given at all times, when delivering your floral displays and tributes. Only floral displays and tributes ordered through Guardian Angels Touch will be delivered by us, unless another agreement has been made. After your floral displays and tributes have been delivered Guardian Angels Touch will contact you either by email or phone, to let you know that your requirements have been fulfilled. Photographs can be sent at your request by email, picture message to your phone or post, to show that the work has been carried out to you full satisfaction.

Guardian Angels Touch accepts no liability for any loss or damage, after the delivery of your floral displays and tributes has been fulfilled.

Due to the nature of flowers and weather conditions. Guardian Angels Touch cannot be held responsible for the life time of your floral displays and tributes. Our guarantee is to try our best, and prolong the flowers life time by adding a stay fresh flower food sachet and sometimes using flowers in bud.

Our Guarantee Of Quality

The success of our business is fully dependent on the very high standards of care which is given to each and every grave that we tend, and knowing that we do our very best in giving all our customers 100% full satisfaction is our main priority. Guardian Angels Touch has always maintained the highest level of quality and customer services, the company is proud to continue today this family tradition. All work carried out by Guardian Angels Touch will be done in a very respectable and dignified manner. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service received, you have every right to complain.

Guardian Angels Touch cannot be held responsible for fallen grave stones the other bad state of a grave, due to vandalism, bad weather, age, subsidence or any other acts of God. Any problems foreseen by us, we will ensure you are made fully aware of.


The following items are not included in either of the services we provide:

  • We cannot guarantee to remove all stains.

  • re blacking or gilding of letters.

  • Lost or Stolen vase's or aluminium flower pots.

  • Vandalism, storm damage, accidental damage, etc.

The Purchase of a New Memorial, Headstone or Kerb Set

If a new memorial or headstone is to be purchased, a cemetery permit will be required by the cemetery for the fitting to commence.

PLEASE NOTE. Whilst we are happy to provide and help in filling out the permit, it's your responsibility to make sure that the information issued is correct. We will ask you to approve all the dimensions, inscriptions, motifs and any other required detail. Once approved, Guardian Angels Touch cannot be held responsible for any incorrect spellings, wrong layouts or wordings and any other issues where the permit has been agreed and approved. Once a permit is submitted to the cemetery no alterations, corrections or extras can be added and a new permit would need to be submitted for the extra work to commence. This would be done at the expense of the grave owner.

All cemetery permits are the responsibility of the grave owner, Guardian Angels Touch cannot be held responsible for mistakes made at the time of agreement and signing of the permit.

Once a new memorial, headstone or kerb set has been ordered. The delivery time is out of our hands, all deliveries as shipped in and can take up to three months to arrive here in the UK. Please take this into consideration before placing an order with us, we will always try are best to complete jobs within minimal time.

Please note that shipped goods can sometimes arrive damaged, if this is the case a replacement will be ordered the same day. This will take extra time to resolve, sorry but yet again this is out of our control. This information is the same for most UK suppliers, but they won't tell you this. It isn't that often, supplier's in the UK keep items like this in stock.

Your Complaints

In order to assist us with any complaints that you may wish to address, please call Guardian Angels Touch within 24 hours after delivery or work was carried out, so we can resolve this for you quickly and to your full satisfaction.
